Samantha + Chris’s Legare Waring Wedding

This Spring wedding season has been filled to the brim with some of the most beautiful weddings with the sweetest couples on the planet! Sam & Chris’ wedding was absolutely NO exception! Their day was coordinated and designed by the talented ladies of Pure Luxe Bride and let me tell you, it was a stunner!! Sam & Chris opted not to see each other before their full catholic mass at Blessed Sacrament in West Ashley and it was so fun to watch their anticipation build as their ceremony was approaching!! They shared the sweetest glances during their ceremony and had everyone on their feet as they were announced as husband and wife!! After the ceremony, the four of us headed downtown, into the French Quarter, for some classic Charleston portraits of them before heading back to the Legare Waring House to meet up with their bridal party and family for more photos before guests arrived! It wasn’t until close to sunset that their guests were transported to their venue and Sam & Chris joined them for cocktail hour in the Avenue of Oaks… oh and can we talk about their ADORABLE fur babies (Dottie + Penny) who made the long flight from Santa Monica, CA to share their wedding day with them!! This sweet family of four is destined to have a pretty incredible life together and we’re so happy we were given the chance to photograph the day they all officially became THE NELSONS! 🙂 We LOOOOOVE when we get the chance to be there to capture the father of the bride’s reaction to his daughter and couldn’t have asked for a sweeter reaction from Sam’s dad as she walked down the staircase at the historic Legare Waring House!!
